At Workforce Reset RISE, we believe every young person deserves the opportunity to enter the workforce with confidence.
Founded by Christa Griffin, MBA, a Talent Acquisition professional with more than seven years of recruiting experience, Workforce Reset RISE was created to bridge the gap between education and employment.
After interviewing thousands of candidates and partnering with hiring managers across multiple industries, Christa recognized that many young people simply weren’t being taught the practical skills employers expect.
Today, Workforce Reset RISE equips teens and young adults with those skills through engaging, interactive workshops that build confidence, professionalism, and workforce readiness.
